Born in Seoul, South Korea and raised in the United States, JUNG HU (LUKE) KIM is an inter-diciplinary designer currently based in Los Angeles. Ranging in practices through image making, typeography, branding, and spatial design, earning his degree in Graphic Design at OTIS College of Art and Design.
Hi, I am Jung Hu, but I also go by Luke, Lucas, and EKULMIK [E-KOOL-MIK]—a nickname I created by reversing “LUKEKIM.” Growing up in both the United States and Korea has given me a versatile design approach that blends precision and minimalism with boldness and creativity.

Over the past few years, I have honed and practiced creative direction, branding, digital, print, motion, 3D, UI/UX, and more. I am proficient in a multitude of design programs and content management systems. I have always been interested in technology, fashion, product design, and contemporary street culture, which ultimately led me to land my first designer position at SUNDAE SCHOOL. Achieving my childhood goal of seeing my work featured on HYPEBEAST.

Now, with my past experience, I am driven to reach even higher goals through design, constantly pushing boundaries and creating impactful visual stories.
