Born in Seoul, South Korea and raised in the United States, JUNG HU (LUKE) KIM is an inter-diciplinary designer currently based in Los Angeles. Ranging in practices through image making, typeography, branding, and spatial design, earning his degree in Graphic Design at OTIS College of Art and Design.

The 2024 Paris Cultural Olympiad Poster Competition was an international student art initiative celebrating the Paris Olympic and Paralympic Games. Organized by the Los Angeles County Department of Arts and Culture in partnership with the City of Paris and other collaborators, the competition invited students from Otis, ArtCenter, CalArts, and EPSAA (Paris) to create posters inspired by Olympic values and cultural exchange.
The 24 winning designs were exhibited in Paris at Jardin Villemin and in Los Angeles at The Music Center and City Hall, highlighting the role of youth creativity and the arts in global dialogue ahead of the 2028 LA Games.
